Colombo...

Hello from Colombo!!
I must say that I have been seriously upgraded from my cabana!!
I am staying with a really nice family; father, mother, daughter and her husband. I have a nice room and everything I need really. And they don't want me to pay rent! Which is an additional blessing!!

I went to the pastors church on Sunday and to my great joy the previous day I was asked to share something with the congregation...so I did...

The congregation is middle to upper class people. So..I'm really wondering what God will do with me here...

Then went to someones house where they fed and fed me till I was so painfully full!! But there are really genuinely lovely people here.

On wedenesday I will be going East at 4am!! The pastor was asked to do 2 days teaching there and so we are going till Sunday. Should be good, it's all in Tamil, but I will be praying to see if God opens the door for me there or is shutting it for the moment...

I am learning about dependence here. I'm not allowed to go anywhere alone. I managed to walk about 20 metres but was told not to go any further!! Whenever I want to go somewhere I must tell someone and then after a couple of phone calls someone will take me!! It's interesting...I have to get used to it for the moment I guess!!

Colombo is such a crowded area!! Driving in Sri Lanka is crazy FUN!!But seeming as they don't let me out the house on my own they certainly won't give me a car!!!
